*** LINX now requires Two Step Verification ***
- Once logged in and verified, you can update your options under My Account > Manage Password/Two Step Verification
- We recommend setting up Google Authenticator for the smoothest experience.
- In LINX, click on Manage Two Step Verification (under My Account > Manage Password/Two Step Verification).
- Under Google Authenticator, click Set up account and scan the QR code using the Authenticator app.
If you do not already have the Google authenticator app: - Install it on your device from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Once installed, open the Authenticator app and either log in to your Google account or select the option to use without an account.
- In the app, click the '+' in the lower right and then choose Scan a QR code
- Follow the steps above to find and scan the QR code for LINX.
- Additional email addresses or phone numbers can be configured by clicking on Manage Phone/Email
- Accounts already registered with two step verification for access to confidential records will not require changes.
- Accounts without a two step verification method will default to sending a code to an email address already on file.
- For help logging in or to request a change to your email address, contact LINX support for your primary court:
